Our Client in the Automotive sector is looking for a Service Advisor to act as the liaison between their customers, service technicians and the workshop logistics.
Key functions:- Minimum of 3-4 year's experience as a Service Advisor with a strong administration capability and expertise with a reputable brand
- Experience with corporate dealerships and volume brands
- Track record of reaching targets
- Exceptional customer service capabilities
- Excellent administrative abilities
- Automotive platforms a MUST-Evolve and IAL
- Actively work on customers to meet monthly service targets
- Logistics arrangements to be made
- The Evolve booking job card to printed and all concerns are confirmed with the client and signed off
- IAL job cards to be created for service claims all pictures taken to be uploaded
- Must clock on and off, and all concerns are noted, numbered with full explanation of the findings
